The start of the story depicts the classic images of the original version of The Three Little Pigs, with the images being isolated in their own box making the white space in between each illustration clearly show the next scene or part of the story board. One thing does stay the same though, “they all lived happily ever aft”. As the story picks back up, the wolf approaches the last pigs’ house, he is greeted by the dragon and the text on the page begins to fall off, showing the need for revisions to the story.

The pigs end up saving the dragon and run into the cat from Hey Diddle Diddle, then they go back home and bring them along too. As the pigs wander on the blank story board space they run into the nursery rhyme Hey Diddle Diddle and the story The Loathsome Dragon. When the pig realizes he is much safer being outside of the story he goes to finds his brothers and brings them along too, leaving the wolf very confused as the story keeps going but he hasn’t eaten any of the little pigs.

When the wolf approaches the first little pig and his house of sticks he blows the pig right out of the story. In this version of the classic story, The Three Little Pigs, the pigs get to decide what happens to them and who gets to come into their house.
